      Outstanding Customer Service

      I cannot say how pleased I am with the customer service I received on my wine making kit order. When it arrived I realized there had been some type of error at their warehouse so I sent in a service request via the website. I also sent an email reply to my order receipt. I was pleasantly surprised to see a response within a few hours apologizing for the error. I was told a replacement kit would be shipped immediately, I could keep the original if I wanted, and if possible could I provide pictures to help them address the error with the warehouse staff. I was happy to send pics. Today, exactly as promised, my replacement kit arrived in tip-top shape. As I told the staff member who responded to me, "mistakes happen, how we respond to mistakes is what matters". This was a 5-Star response. I'm looking forward to giving my kit a try ASAP. This will be my 1st attempt at wine making and from the reading I've been doing on the subject, this kit looks like it has everything a novice like me needs.
