This is the same 7.9 gallon fermenter that comes with all of our wine making equipment kits, except that this fermenter does NOT come with a lid. The total volume on this fermenter is 7.9 gallons and the ring on the inner side of the pail marks 6 US gallons.

Chicken Water Bucket
This may be weird but we raise 1000+ meat chickens per year. This being said 10 full grown meat chickens drink around 1 gallon of water per day. This means you can only really run small chicken tractors without filling the waterers back up mid day. Now we fill the water once per day and up to 60 chickens in each large tractor. It is a game changer when you get to this scale. Very heavy duty handles and connection to the bucket which matters when you move chicken tractors everyday.
