French Oak Spirals
I have used these French oak spirals the past 5 or 6 years in our Cabernet and Merlot. They are very easy to work with in our 5 gallon glass carboys. They impart great oak flavor in a short amount of time making it easy to decide whether to add additional oak. I have used two spirals in each carboy for the flavor I am looking for in the wine. We are making wine from California Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Highly recommennd.
