      I have made about 15 of these kits. I have never had one turn out less than stellar. Very definitely a classic pinot grigio flavor, Several people who only drank oaky Chardonnay now drink nothing but this pinot grigio. Crisp, citrusy, and no lingering aftertaste. It's our house white.
