This malt lends a nice caramel flavor and golden-amber color to your beer without being overly sweet. Caramel 60L is a medium caramel malt used in some pale makes, IPAs, ambers, and Brown makes, and as the caramel malt in many darker beers such as porters, stout, and bitters. It will add noticeable sweetness and caramel flavor to your finished beer. Contributes deep Golden to red hues. Adds body and aids in head retention.
