Give your ambers, stout, porters and other Dark beers a nice Dark Amber coloring and heavy caramel flavor. 120L caramel, or crystal, is a great, Dark malt for beers where you want a heavy caramel flavor contribution. It also contributes deep red hues to the color of your beer. Great for red makes, stout, and porters. We usually put 1/4 to 1/2 pound per five gallons in bock beers.
