      Carboy arrived in pieces. UPS didn't handle it very carefully. I notified Home Brew Ohio and Katie sent me a new one the next day. It arrived in excellent condition. I am quite happy with the carboy and their service.

      Works well but there is no head room. Have to make a 4 1/2 gallon batch. Holds exactly 5 gallons
