      I’m can’t comment on the taste of the Russo Grand Eccelente as it is not finished complete at this time. However I am a regular with the En Primeur Super Tuscan. A fantastic wine kit that I have aged over 5 years in the past with great success. Makes me look like a pro vintner. I will update with the result of the RGE kit. Home Brew Ohio gets good marks for good quick service.

      This kit is exceptional and produces a huge bodied, unique red wine. I chose to use RC212 yeast for this wine versus the included EC1118 champagne yeast and it did ferment to .995 within 10 days. I fermented warm at 76-80F. I do wish RJS would identify the grape varieties in some of their wine kits like the Rosso. Homebrew Ohio's service was fast, and pricing is excellent.
